Supplier Code of Conduct

1. Purpose

This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) establishes the standards and expectations for service providers engaged by InputiX. It applies exclusively to suppliers that provide professional, technical, consulting, cloud, support, or other service-based offerings.

2. Scope

This Code applies to all service providers, contractors, consultants, and partners (“Service Providers”) and their personnel who perform services for or on behalf of InputiX.

3. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Service Providers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in the jurisdictions where services are performed, including those related to labor, employment, data protection, and information security.

4. Ethical Business Conduct

Service Providers are expected to conduct business ethically and with integrity, including:

  • Prohibition of bribery, corruption, and improper influence
  • Avoidance of conflicts of interest that could affect services provided to InputiX
  • Honest, accurate, and transparent business practices

5. Human Rights and Labor Standards

Service Providers must respect internationally recognized human rights and labor principles, including:

  • No forced, compulsory, or involuntary labor
  • No child labor and compliance with minimum working age laws
  • Fair wages, reasonable working hours, and lawful employment conditions
  • A work environment free from discrimination, harassment, or abuse

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Service Providers must protect all confidential information and personal data accessed in the course of providing services to InputiX. Appropriate technical and organizational measures must be implemented to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

7. Information Security

Where Service Providers access InputiX systems or data, they must:

  • Follow secure access and authentication practices
  • Limit access to authorized personnel only
  • Promptly report actual or suspected security incidents

8. Use of Subcontractors

Service Providers may not subcontract services involving InputiX without prior authorization. Approved subcontractors must adhere to standards equivalent to this Code.

9. Reporting and Whistleblowing

Service Providers are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Code or unethical conduct. Reports may be made without fear of retaliation and will be handled responsibly.

10. Monitoring and Compliance

InputiX reserves the right to assess compliance with this Code through reasonable measures, including reviews, questionnaires, or certifications relevant to the services provided.

11. Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with this Code may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of the service relationship, in accordance with contractual obligations.

12. Acknowledgment

By providing services to InputiX, Service Providers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct.
